For those who have been missing espresso version of this brilliant Kenyan!

This is an explosion of sweet tangy fruit jam in your espresso cup with prominent notes of Black Currants ending in caramel – hazelnut – jaggery. Body is full and syrupy with a clean lasting finish. This coffee is equally good with milk as tangy notes take a back seat and hazelnut and coconut come in fore, almost a magical transformation :). We recommend 1:1/1.5 ratio of shot to milk for a milked beverage. Also great if you add a dash of milk to your moka.

Dose 18g

Yield 38-40g

Time 27-30 sec

If you have a smaller portafilter, stick to 1:2 to 1:2.3 dose to yield ratio. Try and keep a minimum dose of 14g.
