Bison is our signature espresso blend, made with three to four Arabica coffees, amazing on straight espressos as well as milk beverages. We serve it on espresso drinks at our café, loved by one and all for its complexity of flavours, full body and long lasting clean finish.

Recommended recipe for espresso:

Dose: 18-20 grams

Yield: 38-45 grams

Time: 27-30 seconds

ROASTING SCHEDULE
We do roast frequently for in house consumption and wholesale orders,
However, to help our online customers plan their orders, we always roast on 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month and ship next day. 
Next roast is on 3rd February, it shall be shipped on 4th February.
We always have some coffee from latest roast available, for urgent shipment, choose the option during checkout.
